The Slipstream Process
Initial Conversation (always free)
We get to know each other, discuss what you are looking for in a financial advisor and how I can help. If we are not a fit, I will try to point you in the right direction.
Goals and Values
1
We discuss why we’re here in the first place. What do you want to do with your money? What do you want your money to do for you? What would you do if money were no concern? How can we use your money to help you live out your values? No spreadsheets yet!
Financial Discovery
2
Where are you at today financially? How did you get here? No judgement, just gathering information and understanding context.
Build the Plan & Put It To Work
3+
We figure out how to help you achieve your goals, then go get started. An ongoing process, starting with the most urgent priorities first.
In the beginning, we’ll meet as many times as necessary to get you set up for financial success. Once we are in a groove, we’ll meet 2-4 times a year to review your financial picture and make adjustments as needed.
What topics will we cover?
In short, we will discuss all of your life decisions that involve a dollar sign. Below are some of the primary areas we may look at, but our focus and attention will be dictated by your values and priorities.
